I bought the car in 2008 from Chris Obert (www.fiatplus.com) as he knew the original owner and had much of the records and history of the car. I told Chris I wanted a rust free car and had him take down to bare metal and fix any problems found, rimered, anded and painted the car in the original 2-tone blue colors. I also had Chris paint the roof and engine cover black, nd shorten the gear shifter slightly. See photos. It has been my second car, o it has been kept in my garage since. I would drive it occasionally on weekends. The car has a new battery from AAA, uel injection lines, allast resistor, gnition coil Bosch, istributor cap and air filter. I purchased 185/60-13 AVS intermediate performance tires from Chris Obert as well. I also purchased a stainless steel coolant tank but haven't had it installed yet. I have the rear brake light that goes by the roof and rear window but haven't installed that either. No stereo has ever been installed. I've tried to keep the car as stock and original as possible. I've been a member of the Fiat Club, nd they are a friendly and resourceful group. I also have a dash cover, ar cover, eat covers. The seats are cloth and leather combo with no tears. There is a spare tire behind the passenger seat. The drivers door panel has a few broken clips (they are plastic), bought a small box of them but haven't replaced them yet. I have the original owners manual. The car has recently been smogged and tuned up. It was selected and shown at the Hillsborough Concours D'elegance in July of this year. The car runs great and is fun to drive. I have a photo gallery here: http://www.larrysacksphoto.com/Planes-Trains-Autos/FIAT-America/Marys-X19
