1941 dodge desoto 4dr sedan RAT ROD cummins diesel disk brakes manual posi

1941 desoto 4dr rat rod/hot rod. Body's clean but has that just pulled out of a field look. Has a 4bt cummins motor in it and manual tranny. 4 wheel disk brakes. Posi rear end. 17" wheels. Power leather seats. All the gauges that would be needed. Head lights and brake lights. (No blinkers) car ran and drove when I bought it this summer. I dyno matted the inside to make it not as loud in the cab. Went to start in now and will not start?? Not sure if cuz it's so cold or what. Every one I talked to said needs coolent heater to run in winter. But I didn't plan on driven it in the winter. Call or txt with any ??? 763-370-4099
