Car description

Up for sale is my beautiful rust free 1969 Dodge Charger. These are getting hard to find in this shape that are under $50k. It is a 53k mile one repaint original body panel charger. A Mississippi car its entire life, this charger was a one owner car until a year ago. The car was repainted once in the 1990's by the original owner. Factory sunfire yellow. The car still has it's original 318 that has never been out of the car. It runs and drives beautifully, in fact, when I purchased the car, I drove it 200 miles home going 65-70 mph and it performed flawlessly. The interior is in great shape for white, original headliner, all the dash is original the gauges all still work correctly with the exception of the gas gauge. It hovers around 1/8 of a tank and doesn't really move. Seats are mint and comfy. It has buckets and console, and to my surprise the console does NOT have the typical crack in the back that all original consoles get.. I couldn't believe it! Even the key light still works to see where to put the keyon the dash! The body is great, paint I would call good driver quality not a show car of course, as it's 20+ years old now. I took a pic of really the only paint chip worth noting around the middle of the back window. Speaking of glass, all windows roll up and down fine. Headlight doors still go up and down like they should. The turn signals in the hood still work. Really amazing for a car nearing 50 years old. The only 2 noteworthy flaws I can tell you about the car are the "I" piece of trim in the grill is dinged(original owner told the story of how it happened). Secondly the manual drum brakes, while they have new pads, need adjusting or bleeding. I have to pump them to stop, and would not want to be going red light to red light too much until they are attended to. The wheels are old school day 2 style wheels, and the tires are in good shape. This is truly a car that could be a daily driver car. It is NOT a show car, but it is a very nice semi survivor type example. I am listing this charger once with NO RESERVE so bid to win. A lot of vehicles I have sold over the years never made it to auctions end. I reserve the right to end this auction early at any time for any reason, as the car is for sale locally. Please feel free to ask with any questions. Good luck In bidding serious bidders only. Car is sold as is where is clear title in hand. Payment is due within 7 days. Overseas bidders are welcome I have sent many Chargers and Superbees across the pond never an issue.
