For sale is my 93 Dodge w250 w/ 12v cummins that I just spent the last 6 months restoring. This truck is factory equipped with 12v intercooled cummins turbo diesel, 5 speed manual, 4500 lb front axle w/ locking hubs, HD suspension, limited slip rear diff, front sway bar and air conditioning.
Exterior-Truck was stripped to bare metal, primed, block sanded, and painted base coat/clear coat the factory electric blue metallic. Frame has been painted. Wheels were sand blasted and painted. Inside of bed coated with a industrial spray in bed liner. New tail lights and new front bumper.
Interior-Interior has been completely gone through. Reupholstered seat and headliner. New vinyl floor and insulation, new vinyl boot on the transfer case shifter. Restored door panels, dash, instrument bezel, A and B pillar trim and trim around the headliner repairing any crack or damaged retaining clips along the way to ensure proper mounting and fitment of pieces. New clips retaining the door panels. Both arm rests are in immaculate condition. New door pins and bushings, new window weather stripping and seals in both doors. Refurbished window regulators, door latches and new door strikers.
Engine and drive train-Recent maintenance on the truck includes fresh oil change, fuel filter, and air filter. New thermostat, water pump, upper radiator hose and serpentine belt. Valve cover gaskets. Timing cover gasket and front crank seal. Verified killer dowel pin has been fixed. Replaced both engine mounts and trans mounts. Rebuilt steering shaft coupler. New mechanical lift pump. Four new rancho RS5000 series shocks. New 4'' exhaust from the turbo back. Other than that truck is bone stock. Four new Centennial dirt commander LT235/85R16 E rated tires. New electric brake controller and rewired 7 way trailer plugs, both in the bed and at the rear bumper.
Ill let the pictures speak for them self. Truck runs strong, front end is tight, brakes are in great shape, and the A/C blows ice cold. Still original R-12 system. Hasn't been converted over but works like a champ. Truck has been a native Virginia truck its whole life as best as I can tell because I still have the original owners manual and paper work including the window sticker where the truck was bought in Salem at Dominion Dodge. Electric blue is one of the most gorgeous colors these trucks came in. Countless hours have been put in this truck restoring it as if I were keeping it for myself but unfortunately as the way life goes I have to sell with a family and house in mind. I tried to recall everything I have done this truck but Im sure there is something i am missing. I will edit the listing as I remember but if you have any explicit questions please message me and I will answer them the best I can. I also will try to provide additional pics upon request. The only know fault with this truck is the fuel gauge intermittently will drop from 3/4 to half when the fuel level is in that zone. From full to 3/4 and 1/2 to empty the gauge is 100% accurate including the low fuel light and I have never ran it out of diesel. Thanks for your time. The truck will also have a new VA inspection sticker by time the auction is over.
This vehicle is listed locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime pending sale.
