1970 Dodge D200 3/4 ton sweptline

1970 Dodge D200 sweptline truck, standard cab, 225 slant 6 motor. Body is very straight, no major damage, minor dents and dings. One rust cancer in passenger side door skin. Doors open and close nicely, minor tweaking needed. All glass is in good condition. Truck was a daily driver until radiator failed, it was parked for a year and a couple months. I drove it 3/4 mile home a couple of days ago and now it wont start. probably needs a starter, it sounded really weak when starting after a year and a few months of sitting. Mileage listed above is probably not accurate, it is what is indicated on odometer as seen in picture above, actual mileage may be far more, as odometer has probably rolled over one or more times.
