Our 280Z is finally for sale it's a 1978 California delivered 280Z sold to us as and showing 45876 miles, looking at the pedals dash, seats and carpet wear miles could be correct though. The interior is very original and as one can see the carpets are faded. The seats are 100% original and the dash is really nice . The car while sold new in the San Fernando valley spent time in Las Vegas,Nevada and the paint was shot due to sun damage so we stripped it took the screens out and repainted it the original 510 Sky Blue . The body on this car is about as good as you will find absolutely no accidents or rust ever,the floors are mint and the body isa straight as a gun barrel.
- The cylinder head was cracked so we sourced and fit a rebuilt appropriate properly rebuilt head from a Datsun specialist keeping in mind the need to pass a stringent "enhanced" California Smog that involves a rolling road. It did pass that and now can be sold in California .
The car has A/C that works and it blows cold . All the instruments work as do the light, turn signals and wipers. She has had some modifications as the pictures show, it has rear disc brakes, uprated rear suspension, alloy wheels and an after market steering wheel, we will leave it the next owner to decide what stays and what goes.
