Car description

OMG! Years ago, when I was told these cars will go 3 or 400,000 miles IF they are taken care of... oil changed regularly, etc. I didn't believe it. I got this car with 166,000 miles on it and today it's at 280,199. It doesn't smoke, it doesn't use any oil, it just goes and goes. I bought it about 15 years ago. It had sat for 8 years prior to that. I got it going and drove it several years, and then did some body work and painted it. Thinking it was a two year paint job. I gave the car to my son who then took it to Florida, where he works. After a couple of years, I got the car back and went through the interior, seat covers, carpet, dash cover.... (these dashboards are terrible about cracking and deteriorating)... and after 3 or 4 years of all-day-in-the-sun-in-the-parking lot-at-Disney World the dash cover has shriveled up and is trying desperately to get out of the sun (notice around the glove compartment)... so a new one of those would be in order. The rest of the interior is still very nice. except where some f*!(%ing cat clawed the back of the seats. (But since you can't really see it from the front, ...it's 'not really there'!) (I'll post some pictures of the bad stuff when I have daylight again).
Last month I drove it from Orlando back to Oklahoma, 1200 miles, without ANY problems, although it WAS an adventure!... there's lots of road noise, unbelievably,... there's no cup holder(?!), the cruise control doesn't work, no instrument lights, your foot gets wet if it's raining, no working AC (tinted windows help though), no working radio, (something in the wiring), the turn signal canceller doesn't work, etc... (however, the instrument lights did come back on once I got back to Oklahoma and stopped at the grocery store)... but those little idiosyncrasies are all fixable and are all the things that make owning and driving a good-looking 36-year-old 280 (Japanese Corvette) that much more challenging and fun to drive.
Just before returning the car to Oklahoma, a new clutch kit was installed and while it was apart, some leaky seals replaced. The 4-wheel disc brakes will literally stop the car on a dime, and the fronts were completely redone (calipers, hoses, etc.) within the past year. Tires are still good. Glass is all good, power windows go up and down... (and although there's a small rock ding in the windshield... it's one that can be filled). I never have replaced the u-joints, so I'm sure they'll need looking at. All this car really needs is some attention to a bunch of little things... none of which will really keep you from cruising!
I'll be 70 next month, and in spite of that, I've been building a 1950s style hot rod roadster, I'm restoring an old army jeep and I have 3 other cars (1999-2006) that I look after. I've finally decided that this one needs a new owner/caretaker. It's an absolutely great running, good looking 36-year-old vehicle. It's what I refer to as a "15-mile-per-hour car". At 15 mph it looks (and runs and sounds) like a new sports car. Get up close to it and you see the little chips and nicks and bends, scratches... 36 years of wear and tear, and USE... but it still looks really good. This car is a 'too-much-fun' DRIVER! It drives and stops like a go kart, and the interior is nice enough that your wife/girlfriend will probably get into it... willingly! No Reserve! bid away!
OK. I have added some more detailed pictures. Engine compartment, seat backs, old bondo cracking on rear deck, rough spots on fenders, etc. As I stated these are all things that can be fixed/touched up. I'm also including an official Datsun service manual to help out the new owner.
