Car description

Re-listed due to someone clicking buy it now. My loss and frustration is your gain! Buy it now reduced from $9,700 to $7,250.00!

Absolutely beautiful survivor! I bought this in 2011 to restore and gift to my Father as he had one when I was growing up. Bought with 88,000 miles, now just over 100,000 on it. I did much of the work for Dad then had it delivered and left in Florida at our beach house from August, 2011 until now (it's still there in Bonita Springs).

Car does not get much use as we only use it for jaunts around town when visiting. Selling now cause dad wants something with more power. This car will take you anywhere.

Good things about the car:

Newer raised white letter tires. Newly restored chrome wheels. New starter, radiator (cored), timing chain, water pump, ball joints, shocks. I had several interior pieces redone such as front seats and headliner.

Ac and heat work great. Aftermarket stereo does the job, not real powerful though. All interior gauges including the dash check lights work. All map lights and underhood light work! Entire emergency kit and spare tire there and in great shape. Ttop shades are there, they are slightly drooping so they're stored in trunk. @40% of exterior was repainted due to some oxidation. I should have done the whole car cause the blending isn't perfect, still very nice though. Brand new battery.

"Bad" things about the car:

Exterior paint blending as mentioned. A small blemish under windshield as shown in picture. Some slight oxidation on top of passenger quarterpanel (not major). Hood pinstripeis lobsided (I think it looks just fine)! A slight crack in dash pad. Some sun wear on top of steering wheel and very little bythe power mirror controls. I noticed a few interior trunk pieces are coming off their backing (vinyl/leather type material). A few coffee type stains inside car. The rack and pinion is leaking, I've never had it looked at.

This is just a really cool, attention grabbing, drive anywhere car. I've taken it fromBonita Springs toKey Westat 85 mphmost of the way andloved every minute of it. Ttops are in great shape and come out very easily.

Come and get it. I'm selling it with a reserve thousands less than what it's worth. Car is located in Bonita Springs, near Ft. Myers, Florida. I live in Ft Worth Texas but can easilytake a trip to meet the buyer or to schedule an inspection of the car.You won't have any regrets with this car.

Check my feedback, 100% and I'd like to keep it that way. If you have any questions please call or text.

On Apr-28-17 at 14:39:54 PDT, seller added the following information:

This is a 2+2, so yes it has a backseat, which is in great shape. I've received a few questions about the interior plastic pieces like on the pillars, etc.To respond: All interior pieces are in the vehicle and accounted for. The visors, pillar trim and armrests are all in excellent shape. All of the normally abused parts like kickplates, weatherstripping and floor mats are in great shape. I think the driver's weatherstripping may have a spot or two that could need attention but nothing major. The trunk pillar covers are peeling off but don't need anything more than a little 3m glue. Thanks again for looking.
