Imported from Germany on February 1983 from port of Bremerhaven to the port of Los Angeles,California.



Originally registered in California Encinitas San Diego county, it was then sold in December 1985 and remained in the same family for nearly 30 years which registered the car in Pasadena then moved to Nevada city, California until I bought it at the beginning of April 2017.
Last registration shows status as PNO deferred, June 2015.
Mileage log from December 1985 (71069 Kilometers) to June 2009 (103342 kilometers).


Since then, as well as the battery, glow plugs and relay, I have replaced 5 new spheres and hydraulic fluid and the system now works as expected. Photographs show suspension at its highest setting working normal, with brakes and power steering as well.
The engine fires on first try and pulls strongly.

The 5 speed transmission goes through gears smoothly.

Bodywork is in reasonable condition for a 41 year old car, with no major damage, just nicks, dings, faded and peeling paint.

The original interior is in fairly good order, driver’s seat and rear needs some upholstery, as well as door panels.

The windshield is cracked on right bottom.

Tires, Michelin X Radial 195 75 R14 made in Canada with 80% plus on tread.

I’ve driven around 500 miles since buying this car and it’s a very comfortable ride. It looks smart and attracts attention wherever I go. With a bit more effort it can be a really smart car and remember, Citroen prices are rising.
