Great little car. I've had it 7 years or so. I'm a Maserati Mechanic at eddinsmoto and over the time I've had it I fixed most everything. I bought it from a Guy who imported it to Maine. He drove it around Europe, shipped it home & sold it .before it sat through a Maine winter. It has rust in the door bottoms, probably from rain water running down the windows, but the chassis is solid. Runs great, even the clock works. I replaced the clutch, the exhaust, the spheres, a few wheel bearings, the brakes, & anything else as needed. It even has the rare tall ring & pinion so it is more tolerableon the highway. Not a rocketship, but it glides along really well.I drive it to work once or twice a week, but I now have too many cars & need to thin the fleet. Oh, the heater knob that controls the wire to the flapper doesn't work. I open the hood & turn the heat on for winter, & off for summer. Other than that inconvenience it's pretty dialed in.Final note: The car has it's original French title & all correct US import documents. Being a 1979 it is not legal in California, so don't buy it if you live there, the CARB wont let you register it. Should work in the other states though. Thanks for looking.Oh yeah: Quality tires almost new, mileage is in km, it's a refin in the original color, glossy on the sides, going a bit chalky on the roof.
