1954 chevy truck

1954 chevy truck. chopped 2 in. Nova sub frame. 350 engine. has flat firewall. solid cab. engine turns over but does not start. I have the exterior parts. but the interior seat was stripped out with intentions of bucket seats . ran out of time and money. set outside for 10 years under cover. It still has potential but needs a lot of rust work. .
