Restoration Receipts SELLER REMARKS What's better than a 1969 Chevy Camaro? A restomod that offers the ultimate pony car with more power. features. and modern technology than when it left the factory. that's what. As this was the final year for the first-generation Camaro. Chevy decided to give it some grown-up sexy curves with a new more angular front end. style lines that ran the entire side of the car. and a shapely rear. And it worked! Highlighting the bodywork on this fully restored beauty is a pristine red paint job with the kind of meticulous application that provides a clear indication of an expensive restoration. When this car was rebuilt it was also given some nice custom touches such as shaving the outriggers on the rear bumper. and adding an integrated third brake light into the rear spoiler for better safety. Up front the Endura bumper is color matched to give the front end a more unified look than most other '69 Camaros. The RS package is one of the best defining features of this era. with the blacked-out grille and headlights hidden behind the triple-slot door. It also includes the detailed oriented rally stripes. which gives the Camaro a red/black light/dark cool contrast. This is topped-off with the Super Scoop hood that announces to those who know American muscle that there is a beast lurking under the hood. and it is. Inside. one of the first things you'll notice is that the houndstooth bucket seats a hallmark of these classics have been restored to factory fresh condition. It also isn't a premium Camaro without the center console with full quad gauge package. Plus. the original horseshoe shifter is a cool piece to hold on to even if you're not trying to bang your own way through the three-speed automatic. But remember this is a restomod. which means there is a lot more inside than just stock Chevy parts. The stereo is a more modern digital tuner built to look like a classic knob-style radio. A new Vintage Air system seamlessly integrates modern AC into the existing vents. The fold-down ashtray has been replaced by a temperature gauge to make sure that there is no smoking inside the engine bay. and by default. inside the car and too. The only thing missing from this interior is a photo album to put all the included pictures and receipts from the extensive restoration/modification. This will be a necessity because everyone will want to know more details the moment you fire up the engine. One of the best parts of a restomod is usually under the hood. and this one doesn't disappoint. The 502 cubic inch big block crate motor is a larger and meaner V8 than anything Chevrolet ever did with the Camaro. Even at idle. it has an unmistakable growl thanks to a custom performance x-pipe dual exhaust. Power goes through a custom Ford 9-inch rear end. Is it sacrilegious to put a Ford axle in a Chevy? Not when it has a bulletproof reputation like this does. Every NASCAR must run them. despite the automaker. The 3. 73 ratio in this rear was specially selected to match the torque in the motor. They couple to not only be quick off the line. but also cruise comfortable at highway speeds. This best-of-both-worlds attitude is also extended to the custom coilover rear suspension. front disc brakes. and 17-inch Budnik wheels that are larger and offer far superior grip than anything from stock. This is the kind of Camaro for those who like to be seen. heard. and envied. If you're not timid. it's time for you to call today! 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale 1969 Chevrolet Camaro for Sale Stock # 2920-CHA Charlotte Showroom 5400 West WT Harris Blvd Charlotte.
