1951 Chevrolet Styleline Special . No ReserveThe Good: VERY original. Starts right up, runs, drives. Original drive train, suspension, interior, wheels, dog dish hub caps, all handles and knobs. New gas tank, rear shocks, exhaust, rear axle seals, rear brakes shoes, points, condenser, rotor, coil, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires. Rebuilt master cylinder and rear slave cylinders. Gauges work (cannot attest to accuracy), vacuum wipers work, horn works, lights work (except drivers low beam and brake). Odometer reads 46220 ( i dont know what to think about that). Solid floor pans and rockers, only surface rust. Body is solid with very limited bondo in rear wheel openings and under trunk opening. All glass is good except the passenger side windshield for which a used replacement is included. Window regulators work. Doors latch and unlatch.
The Bad: Windows need whiskers all around. Doors and trunk need new rubbers. Brakes could stand another bleeding. Would need a good "going over" before highway driving.
The Ugly: A less than amateur paint job by a previous owner, as evidenced by the look and condition. When they removed the stainless belt molding, some was bent.
