This is a feature-filled and V8-powered 1970 Chevrolet C10. There's everything from the bucket seat interior to the overdrive transmission to deliver a pickup that you can really enjoy the drive.
This Chevy gets its attraction from a mix of style and substance. The newer maroon metallic paint, chrome bumpers, and bright wheels give this plenty of stoplight appeal. Plus, the front end was lowered to give his pickup an attractive forward-leaning stance. But the appeal goes deeper. After all, the black tonneau cover has a useful bed underneath. And the way the panels align and the doors close with confidence give you the kind of feeling like you could drive this truck any time you want.
There's more red inside, and plenty of upgrades, too. For example, you now have dual bucket seats with a center console in-between. It has a cool Chevy connection, because this C10 borrows this setup from its sporty successor, the Silverado 454 SS. There's also a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner, upgraded speakers, and provisions for R134a air condition (likely needs a recharge.) The small diameter steering wheel is also borrowed from a younger Chevy to give you a sporty feeling every time you slip into the driver's seat. And the full AutoMeter gauge upgrade with large speedo and tach will give you the tingle of performance, too.
The engine bay has a tidy setup so you can get a good look at the bold block and shining valve covers. But what you'll really take note of in this 350 cubic-inch small block are the performance upgrades. This has an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and a Summit Racing mild street cam. Plus, Hooker headers add power while contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. There are also nice supporting pieces, like the electronic ignition and serpentine belt system. The 700R4 four-speed transmission is great for a stout construction to handle the power as well as easy automatic shifting into overdrive. It makes this a nice anytime driving pickup. Especially because it also has power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, wide BF Goodrich T/As, and the C10's desirable trailing arm rear suspension.
The sale comes complete with the original bill of sale, factory buildsheet, original warranty card, title documentation, and owner's manual. It is a nice example of a classic truck that's built to be driven. Call today!!!
