Howdy!I got this '65 fleetside last week from a guy in the high desert of Oregon that pulled it out a barn last month where it was parked in 1990 and hasn't been registered since!
It has plenty of work to do but does run! I don't know much about it but i did give it a solid drive before towing it back.
Pros:-it runs-very minimal rust (few spots on tailgate and back lip of bed)-floor pans and frame are solid-brakes work amazing for being 30 years old-original miles-granpa owned from new I believe-pretty straight forward restore (imagine that patina!)-100% OE
Cons:-runs rough (dirty carb or fuel pump is going out)-minimal but still rust-will need a new gas tank/bed restore (I was planning on doing both at the same time)
I got it to originally restomod but plans have changed and I don't have as much time as I thought. I don't use eBay much and all the pictures got scrambled so let me know if you have any questions.
