Up for bidding is a 1970 camaro Z28 with the split bumper ralley sport option. Opening here i am describing this car as It is, Its a project car needing a complete restoration. It will need sheet metal work typical to a car needing a full restoration. This list includes Floor pan repairs, trunk pan repairs, frame rail repairs, fenders, quarter panels, doors repaired. This car is not a fully dissassembled car to know all the rust issues. So I've listed what I can see. Also I want to say It does start up run and drive unlike most project cars you see up for auction or for sale. The car retains most of the original drivetrain components starting with the 12 bolt positraction rear axle. Its equipped with the optional COO 4.10 gears. It has the original functioning automatic CW coded turbo 400 transmission. It still retains the original high stall 6 bolt torque converter also. The original engine block is long gone from the car. The replacement engine block used in the car now appears to retain all the correct orignal LT1 z28 motor components. Including the original 186 cast cylinder heads, original 110 winters intake. O rocker arms, solid lifter cam, The bottom end appears to have the correct orignal oil pan timing cover and Balancer. The original 2019 distributor, The original 270 br ignition coil and bracket, The original 4490 holley carb is with the car, but damaged with a broken base plate picture shown. The carb will need a replacement base to use. All the original correct deep groove pulleys appear to be on the motor. The Crank,water pump, power steering pulleys. The original radiator is in the car with the tag and hose clip in place. The tall spoiler on the car is not correct for this car. I am incIuding a correct low spoiler used on the 1970 z28.
