Retro California Black plate comes with the car. The Engine is a fresh professional rebuild and receipts are included on this full restoration block with break in miles only. It recently had a new stiff performance clutch installed to compliment the smooth shifting Muncie 4 Speed Transmission The Exterior Paint is extremely presentable with a great shine. not show quality but very respectable with only a few minor blemishes and touchups . mostly along the lower front nose . The Side Exhaust looks like new with no flaws or scratches. It has a great rumble and when you fire it up and it gets all the dogs in the neighborhood barking! The hood. door and soft top hatch gaps all have an excellent fit. The Electric headlight buckets go up and down effortlessly and the fit and gaps line up nicely. The headlight bucket fit/gap is usually a dead giveaway on cars which have had collision damage to the nose as they never fit the same again. The Exterior Trim is all very respectable. perhaps the front bumpers could do with a rechrome to take them up a level as they do show a little surface wear. The Corvette has a nice stance on the correct knock off wheels which have no scuffs or scrapes. The Black Soft Top is not brand new but has a nice tight finish and goes up and down effortlessly and the storage compartment is very tidy. The soft top rear plastic window is a little opaque with some slight scratches. The Exterior Glass is all good except for a tiny tiny chip on the front windshield. The Interior is a combination of Original and replacement materials. The Leather Seats are in very nice condition with very little wear other than the seat cushions where a bit of creasing develops in the leather. Its is absolutely meticulous showing pride of ownership and maintenance. The T. I. Box is in place but not operational as the distributor was retrofitted inside with a Pertronix ignition system for improved performance over the original spark. The Chassis is equally as tidy as you can see from the photos with nice solid frame and clean underside. The Dash Pads and Door Panels are in very nice shape. The Gauges all work as they should thought the fuel gauge is questionable depending on the level. The console and gauge bezels are nice and crisp. The Clock does not work. The Power Antenna works properly. The Engine Compartment is extremely correct in its appearance with all the correct finishes and hardware. The Air Cleaner lid is in good condition with some wear but was not replaced as it appears to be Original with the silkscreened instructions still on the underside.
