Car description |
---|
You are bidding on a 1952 Chevy 2 door Chopped Custom project. The previous owner started with a very solid restored 1952 Chevy 2 door; he chopped the car, slanted the posts and added 1954 Chevy rear quarters, he made a one-piece shaved hood, shaved door handles, sunken antenna, shaved trunk lid, it is sitting on a 1960's Pontiac Tempest chassis, the body mounts are not done, the only glass I have is the back window but the car was done to accept original rear glass. There is a lot of stainless and a 1954 Chevy rear bumper in nice condition included with the purchase.
I tried to buy this car for over 10 years because of the nice workmanship. I was finally able to purchase the car in 2011 and had all intentions of building it, but other projects came first and it hasn't been touched since then. The starting price on this car is less than the cost of the chop alone. If you are interested in a project with a lot of the hard work done (not that there isn't a lot of work to do) this could be the car for you. If you have any questions, please call before bidding 440-812-1145.
When I first found this car in 2000 I was 55 years old, now 19 years later, it's not high on my priority list. Good luck bidding.
I am a licensed Ohio Used Car Dealer so all appropriate taxes and title fees due to the State of Ohio will have to be paid (no additional dealer fees). See my other listings.
