1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo ss 454 in need of a complete restoration

This is a 1971 Monte Carlo SS 454. The car is in need of a complete restoration and it does have some rust. This is an a/c. power steering. power brake. and power window car. The best I can tell it is a matching numbers engine but the vin tag and the numbers stamped on the block are hard to read so I would recommend you coming before you bid and make the call for yourself. but from what I can see it looks to be matching numbers. This is a bench seat column shift car. I bought the car to be an original Super Sport car but you make the call for yourself. I don't know a whole lot about these cars so I don't want to make the call for you. The car has a little rust down low and in a few other places but the worst rust is around the back glass. looks to be an original vinyl top car. It will also need some floor pan work. This car needs a COMPLETE restoration and it DOES have some rust but is a very good starting point for a 1971 Monte Carlo SS 454. We did pour a little gas in the carb. and it did run for a second but that's all we did so the car will need some work to be a running car. probably clean the gas tank and carb. There are no titles in state of Alabama on vehicle 1975 and older and I never registered it because it wasn't running. so the car will come with a bill of sale only (no registration).
