ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN: The engine block casting #3969854, 1967 - 1972 big block 396/402. The cylinder head casting #3917215, 1967 - 1969 396 oval port, closed chamber 109cc heads. 2.06 intake and 1.72 exhaust.
TRANSMISSION: Muncie M-21 with Hurst linkage and shifter.
REAR END: 12 Bolt with 3:73 rear end gear.
The Fuel Injection is an FI Tech 400 HP which is 1 year old installed. The fuel tank is a Holley Sniper with embedded high volume fuel pump and sending unit. The fuel supply and return lines are new as is the wiring involved with the install. The fuel gauge in the cluster works perfect. The Intake manifold is a Edelbrock Performer with brand new Lokar linkage for the injection. The valve train is Crower lifters, pushrods, rockers and cam with Cloyes chain. The alternator, bracket, belt and voltage regulator / horn relay and wiring are all new within the last 6 months. The Interstate battery is 4 months old. The battery tray, battery clamp and ground strap kit is all new within last 6 months.
INTERIOR: The black leather and brushed nickel steering wheel is new and the horn works fine. The hazard button is new and works as well. The parking brake lever is new and the brake works fine, use it all the time when parked. The gauge cluster is in very nice condition and is correct for a 4 speed car, the cluster has new sockets and LED bulbs from Classic Industries and work very well in the dark. The interior glass is all original, the rea window has some scratches, but not bad at all. The windows have all new handles installed and the front vent windows have new chrome handles. The rear quarter glass has the Classic Industries guides and hardware installed for the fixed position, so not recommended rolling down as these are difficult to close. The radio installed is a brand new Hermosa Bluetooth radio and has a new dual voice coil dash speaker that was designed to fit in the original spot center dash. The rea seat and the bucket seats are in fine condition and the seat belts work. The counsel is in very nice condition as is the Hurst shifter. The Interior Dome light works and is new, the door jam switches are new, however the switches are not hooked up to trigger the Dome light when the doors are open. They were not hooked up because one or both doors were always open at car shows.
EXTERIOR BODY: Extensive care and effort was involved with replacing and restoring new parts for the body. The following list are all new items within the last 6 months, receipts will be provided.
Entire radiator core support and bushings, 1971 SS grill, grill supports, headlamp sockets and retaining rings. Entire head lamp assembly, head lamp bezels, sockets and wiring harnesses. 1971 parking lamp lenses. Front bumper filler and passenger side inner fender well. Entire sheet metal front end assembly bolt kit. Both tail lamps, sockets and wiring harnesses. All exterior Nova emblems and premium metal SS rear panel and front grill SS emblem. AMD 2" metal cowl induction hood freshly painted by a professional body shop. The exterior paint is UNO HD R-M Base SC403 Ebony Black. The rest of the body is straight and looks great. There are a couple small blemishes that are hard to see and photo well, but I feel it necessary to disclose to be fair. The passenger side quarter panel has a small spot that is in the photo section. Also, there is a small rub through to dark grey primer on the high edge of the trunk lid which I pictured as best possible. Except for the hood the paint on the body of the car is around 10 years old but I would grade it very high for that age. The car has always been stored in a temperature controlled garage and has nice car cover. The SS rims are in very nice condition as are the raised letter tires. The front brake pads are like new and all brake lines are in very good condition. The emergency brake works fine as stated before. The Vinyl top is in very nice condition and blends well with the rest of the car. The underneath of the car is solid and is in very nice condition, everything is in place and tight underneath of the car, I do not have access to a lift for really good pictures. The positive feedback received at car shows and even just at the gas station is awesome, every where I have driven this Nova it draws a lot of attention.
SO WHATS LEFT TO DO? Honestly, not much. The interior front dash pad is original and shows some age. The pad has a couple cracks in it and probably should be replaced, pictures are provided of the dash pad. The spare tire is in the trunk, but I never got around to ordering an original jack and tire iron. Also, as mentioned before, the door jam switches are new, but never tied into the dome light. That is about it, everything else is new and should have no worries driving this car anywhere. This car is very fun to drive and will not disappoint. As with most older classic cars, no warranty is offered with this vehicle, all sales are final. Asking for a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours after sale. Please don't bid if you have no intention of buying the car. I have a clean title on this vehicle. Upon sale I will be happy to meet with a car carrier company in a large parking lot somewhere local for deliver
