[isdntekvideo] INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 8O5-803eight
WITH ANY QUESTIONS. I WILL BE HAPPY TO DO A BUY IT NOW FOR SERIOUS BUYERS. This is just a plain cool old Hot Rod. If you want to be the hit of any car show and especially at any drag race you go to, THIS IS YOUR CAR! Everybody remembers the movie American Graffiti and Harrison Ford as Bob Falfa ripping around the Valley in his 55 Chevy 150 looking for John Milner and his 1932 Ford Coupe. This is not an exact replica, clone, tribute or whatever fancy word that people are using for a fake these days. BUT, it is definitely in the same spirit of the original car. It is a 1955 Chevrolet 210 two door post that has the look of a period correct 1960s Hot Rod and more than enough horsepower to back up it's attitude. The car has a Supercharged LS motor that was dynoed at almost 600 Horsepower. Unlike a lot of street cars, this one can be driven anywhere. The street manners for the amount of power it makes is almost unbelievable. I agree that the Good Old Days were great but also that technology is sometimes a good thing. It starts easily every time, it settles into a nice, smooth idle every time, has power steering/power disc brakes, and is extremely docile until you choose otherwise. When you are looking for more fun and if you click on the video link below, you will see for yourself, THIS THING IS A MONSTER.

The body is solid but has had some body work done. THIS IS NOT A SHOW CAR. THIS IS A JUMP IN AND GO CAR! The paint is older and driver quality. It has plenty of chips and scratches. The floorboards, trunk, and frame are solid. The inner rockers in front of the rear wheels have had patch work and the driver's side quarter has obviously had some work. That being said, I would not change a thing about it. You can roll up beside anything at the drag strip and nobody would think twice. It idles smoothly, is relatively quiet at idle, and looks unassuming. They won't give you the time of day until they are behind you on the return road swearing up a storm in their new Hellcat. It has never been raced at the strip but I have had a million old race cars. I would say this is easily a 10 second street car. I'm sure it would need a roll bar to pass tech at the race track because it is that fast but I think it is perfect the way it sits.
Nice interior with stock seats, gauges, and dash. Aftermarket tach, boost, fuel, oil pressure, and temp gauges mounted underneath that are far more accurate. Factory radio that does not work. The driver's side window is cracked but still functions/rolls up and down fine. If you are concerned about the radio not working, please do not call me. This is not the car for you. This 55 is easily one of the most fun street cars you will find. If you don't have a huge smile every time you drive it, you need to check your pulse. You could not come close to building this car for what you can buy it for today. My dog Johnny Cash would not be included in the deal for all of the money in the world. Clean, clear California title in hand. I am located in Solana Beach, California in North County Coastal San Diego.
