Car description

1955 Chevy American Graffiti Styled. If you ever seen the movie ''American Graffiti'' then you seen Harrison Ford drive a car like this.It is areal150 chromeless sedan. No holes filled. It has the seamless frame most people like, especiallyif your a drag racer. This is a frame on restoration. Not a bond- o rusted, beat up pile of junk.It is''All GM'', even the paint is Chevy Black. Trunk has a new rubber mat. Battery is mounted in the trunk. All new windows, rubbers, felts.New carpet, headliner, sun visors. The non foldingbench seat is from a station wagon.Interior is done uplike the real movie car along with the 4-point roll bar. The front end isa fiberglass unit that flips over like the real car. The engine is a 454 cu. w/fresh heads and hydraulic cam, runs real good. Fender well headersw/turbo exhaust old school. All newbrake lines, brakes, gas line, gas tank were replaced. All new tires. Chrome reverse wheels all around. Car sits in the garage more than driven. I havenot had the time toget the car out latelylike I should. It will needthe front end A-lined.It pulls to the right, and a set of heavy duty shocks for a better ride.Idon't have the timeyet to deal with it. I'm really busy. The car has a Muncie 4-speed along with a 57 Olds/Pont. rear endandladder bars.Therear endis a stock ratio unit. Runs great on the freeway, butaround town a lower gear would work good. The heater is still in the car, but not hooked up. There is no wiper motor or wiper blades. The attachments for the blades are there. The real 55 had none of these items. I never drive it in rain anyway. Also, no radio, just a delete plate, like the real car. This car get's lots of attention at car shows and any where it goes. I had a pair of10'' nostalgia slicks on it at one time, it looked Great. If your a Graffiti Fan, this car would look cool setting next to a Graffiti Coupe. What a pair ?I have a chopped 1932 Ford5/w steelbody thatcould be a graffiti coupe build,if interested. email or call 817-500-8970
