1964 C10 Truck Stepside short bed

The paint was removed from the cab and hood by sandblasting. The cab and hood were treated with metal prep and oxide primer prior to the finish coat of paint.

All the bolts that hold the body together were replaced with stainless or zinc coated bolts.

Drive Train:

The Front axle was updated with a 1985 K10 axle with 5 lug wheels, power steering & disc brakes (all new active components such as power steering unit, bushings, brakes, brake lines, etc.).

The rear axle updated with a 1985 K 10 axle with 5 lug wheels, new 3rdmember with 3.36 ratio, all new bearings and brake components.

The gas and brake lines were replaced with new steel lines.

It is equipped with new chrome bumpers.

Cab:

The cab has all new rubber gaskets, trim and seals. All of the glass is new certified safety glass.The door latches, handles, window regulators are new.

Sound deadening has been installed on the firewall and in the doors. The Carpet and pad on the floor helps reduce road noise. The inside cab gas tank has been removed and replaced by a gas tank under the bed.

The original speedometer and gauge cluster restored to its original “new” look.

Bed:

Metal bed sides are new.The bed is oak with stainless strips and stainless bolts. The tailgate as well as the chains are new.

Under the hood:

Large Aluminum Radiator

2 speed electric fan

New 290 HP performance 350 crate engine from GM.Holley 4 barrel carburetor with an Edelbrock intake.

This truck is a real eye catcher and fun to drive.
