Hello from Alaska, here is a 1959 Chevy Apache 3/4 ton NAPCO 4x4 Factory Conversion with 5630.5 actual miles. The truck was a brush truck for a local Alaska Fire Department is the reason for both the low miles as well as the red paint. The original color shows under the paint and is the blue/green color. The truck was buried up to the axles in the soft ground when I found it and covered in a thick black glacier mud. the only damage that caused was to the exhaust and the truck is incredibly solid. I actually think the mud preserved the undercarriage in many ways.Once everything was cleaned up the realization of just how clean and original this truck is we realized what we had found. It had a flatbed on the back which I trashed but other than that I have not touched the truck other than to hear it run. With the 59 NAPCO bringing 126,500.00 at auction this past week shows you that these trucks are getting more expensive by the day.The truck is located near Wasilla Alaska which is 1 hour from Anchorage and anyone is welcome to have it inspected at any time. The truck is for sale locally so we do reserve the right to end this auction early.More pictures are available upon request.Storage will be the responsibility of the buyer after 30 days.
