Muscle Car Garage:
We are a private collection of 50's, 60's, & 70's muscle cars. We also do topside restorations in our Jacksonville and Orlando area locations. From time to time we offer one of our collector vehicles up for sale. These are mainly topside restorations that can be driven to local car shows and cruise ins. Many of our vehicles are previous trophy winners. We are not dealers just car enthusiasts who have been collecting cars for years and performing very nice driver quality restorations for all to enjoy. We are not a concourse restorer and many of our cars are trailered to events but most vehicles can be driven if your choose to do so.
All Around Details:
Up for auction is our 1969 Chevrolet C10 Pickup. This is a factory shortbed Fleetside. The drivetrain is a 350 motor paired to a Turbo 350 transmission. This truck was female owned for 6 years and is very reliable. It has been converted from 6 lug to 5 lug. Has Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, & Classic Auto Air Conditioning was added and blows cold. Truck has been lowered with air bags at the rear and drop coils at the front. New 20" wheels and tires adorn the nice red base/coat clear coat paint. Interior has been completely redone including carpet, dash pad, upholstered seat, gauge bezel, steering wheel, etc. Cab corners, drip rails, rockers, cab braces, & floor pans are all solid. Truck runs and drives excellent with no issues.
Exterior Details:
Truck has recent base coat/clear coat paint with custom tasteful pinstriping. Paint is not perfect but very nice and presentable. Bumpers are replacements but were put on long ago. Outside mirrors, door handles, wiper arms, fender emblems, and side marker lights are all new. Front grille is in good shape with no dents. Truck has optional sliding rear glass window. Wheels are new 20" Ridlers with all new tires. Glass is all good.
Interior Details:
Interior has been completely redone including new carpet, dash pad, gauge bezel, door handles, window cranks, window felts, weatherstripping, etc. Seat was custom reupholstered to match the color scheme of the truck. This is a gauge package truck and not just the three standard gauges. Shifter has been moved to the floor and is a B&M "Lokar" style floor shifter. Steering column has been smoothed and new comfort grip steering wheel added.
Engine Bay & Mechanical:
Motor is a strong 350 that is stock with no internal modifications. Transmission is a Turbo 350 that shifts like it should. Has factory 12 bolt rear end. Modifications include aluminum radiator, HEI ignition, headers with dual exhaust, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and carburetor. The C10 has a new master cylinder and battery. Truck starts on the first turn and has no leaks at the engine, transmission, exhaust, or rear end. Runs smooth and cool.
Summary:
Shortbed Fleetside Chevy pickups are getting harder and harder to find especially ones that are solid and not rusted out. This is a great example of a survivor pickup that has been topside restored and driven daily by a female owner. Everything works on this truck as it should and that was due to the fact it was driven on a regular basis and maintained by its owner. This is a turn key C10 that can be driven daily or taken to local car show and cruise ins and admired. Please understand that this is not a show truck and is not perfect. However it is a very nice solid no rust C10 with PS, PDB, and Cold AC.
