Description

Engine & transmission: Balanced full-roller 454ci BBC bored and stroked to 496ci. BDS 6:71 blower*, 16 port Nitrous Oxide plate* (complete but not connected), and two 600cfm Holley double-pumper boost-referenced carbs* topped with a BDS scoop*, Vertex magneto*, CSR aluminum electric water pump, Denso mini-alternator*, and Sanderson headers (ceramic coated) with electric cut-outs*. The aluminum Be Cool radiator with electric fan work extremely well, (has never run over 180 under any conditions!). Transmission is a TH400 with shift kit mated to a Hughes 2500 stall converter* and cooled with a B&M unit*. Interior: Complete set of Mooneye gauges*, (9 including tach). 1958/59 Impala steering wheel on top of a Chevy tilt column, Auto Meter shift light*, Gennie shifter with “button” knob*, and a comfortable custom seat professionally upholstered with thick color-matching horse-blankets*. Exterior: Original patina (the way only Nature can do). Surplus 3 quart Moon tank in front. Located in the bed are Custom enlarged Moon tank (was 10g, now 20g), finned aluminum battery box* and Race gas container. Suspension: 4-wheel power disc brakes, Fat Man front clip with tubular A-arms, dropped spindles and rack-and-pinion steering. Coker radial www tires front and Diamondback www radial cheater/piecrustslicks rear – 15” on both ends. Chevy rear with 3:08 posi-track*, a quick-change cover and chrome “slapper” bars*.
This truck runs & rides great and has no issues that need tobe dealtwith. (All items marked with * are either new or newly rebuilt) (Would be interested in some sort of trade-deal for 1963-1967 Corvette coupe only.)
