Here is an absolutely stunning 1969 Chevy Camaro. Call it what you want... resto-mod... pro-touring... it doesn't really matter. The fact is that it is bad-ass.
This X-11 Camaro most likely started its life as a non-SS Camaro; although it was born with a V8. However; it has now been transformed into the SS street beast you see today.
This is an exceptionally clean car that is completely rust-free. Let me repeat... COMPLETELY RUST-FREE! The previous owner of this car took an outstanding example of his pride and joy, and put a highly professional Hugger Orange paint job on the car. Look closely; this car started life as a Hugger Orange Camaro (Paint Code 72 72), so he kept it true to form. The base-coat / clear coat is evenly laid by an obvious professional, and looks just as good in person as in the photos. The sheet metal is straight as an arrow, and all the gaps are (dare I say) better than new.
This car originally came with Black Custom Bucket seats, but the previous owner decided to go with a highly custom bucket seat that is much more comfortable than the originals. He also decided to change to an extremely appealing Saddle Leather upholstery that really sets this car off! Everything from the matching headliner to the white-faced custom accessory gauges are new! Topped off with a custom Alpine head unit to crank your tunes on the way to the show!
Under the hood sports a stout GM crate 383 Stroker small block that will absolutely set you back in the seat! The fire-breathing engine is mated to a 700r4 overdrive automatic transmission, and shifted through a custom Lokar shifter that comes up through an original '69 Camaro center console. Although I don't have any receipts; I was informed that the engine and transmission were built less than 1000 miles ago, and their performance doesn't make me question that statement.
The rear of the car has been professionally mini-tubbed to accommodate the BFGoodrich 335/30ZR18 rear tires wrapped around the beautiful Billet Specialties wheels. The entire car sits on Detroit Speed suspension that helps this Camaro hug the road.
This car is a mean street machine that is also very easy to drive on an everyday basis. You can cruise in comfort and style... or you can mash it to the floor, and feel the horsepower! This awesome Camaro needs absolutely nothing but a new owner.
