1970 Chevelle Malibu 2 door orig. 2 owner Survivor 100% rust free AZ 67k miles!

I ran this car on eBay 2 Aprils ago and changed my mind,ended it $100 away from my Reserve.. I figured that I would never find another one like it however now I am in a predicament where my 69 Malibu will not sell for a few thousand more and that is a 100% restored show car. I prefer 100% Survivor cars which this 1970 Malibu is all about! I was lucky enough to find this one right out of the original owners estate in Sun City Arizona it is the most rust free one I have ever seen with 99% original paint no paint touch-ups except for when original owner tried to respray a 4"x2"section of the trunk which is delaminating from the sun through the garage windows for the first 38 years! I found the car in the same spot with the sun shining right on the trunk for 3-4 hrs. per day since 1971(I was a3rd grader,now 58) The owner was 97 when she passed in 2007, I purhased it a few mos. later.. it had a battery tender hooked to it and started right over after pumping several times...never even blew and smok, also it had the orig. title and death certificate, the address matched! This car is one of the best examples of a rust free 1970 Malibu 350/ Factory A/C you may find. There are numerous door dings and scrapes from the garage but nothing serious,nothing has been touched on this car except for regular maintenance Battery Tire shocks and a few other tune up items I rarely drive it however I do start it up.. run it to operating temperature as well as turn on the AC which blew ice cold until last year the compressor still comes on however is low on freon... I have two cans of R12 available, the car drives out extremely well also on the highway at 70 and has plenty of original Power still breaks loose the tires upon acceleration... to me it seems like much better than 2.73 gears, mated up to original matching numbers 350 and turbo hydramatic, manual brakes and power steering, original exhaust and Muffler is still in one piece(factory welded).. truly and unbelievable car please call with any questions serious bidders only I may be able to help with shipping but really would prefer this car remains original!
