I purchased this truck on eBay from a gentleman a few years ago. I've only put 122 miles on the thing, but put a ton of money in to it ($22K to be exact) so my loss is your gain. I had it at a vacation house and just never used it, but it is a beast of a truck.. Here are the upgrades I did, and below is the original listing.

Perfect hunting and fishing rig. Will go anywhere and leave most 4x4's in the dust.
4.56 Rear locking axle for better traction. (Cost would be about $1500)
(factory Detroit locker. GM 10.5" corporate 14 bolt).
The Detroit Locker is a 100%-automatic locking differential that provides ultimate traction for mild to extreme vehicle applications. Its unique, bullet-proof design is engineered to keep both wheels in drive mode - even is one wheel is lifted off the ground.
Dana 60 front axle (4.56 ratio) (open) with manual locking hubs.
No computers to replace.

Two rifle mounts.
Economical diesel. Should get about 20 mpg on highway.
With a change of gearing and a few modifications, should get 30 mpg on the highway.
