Car description |
---|
Low mileage car originally from Yuma, Arizona. Runs and drives pretty good, almost everything works including front power windows (rear try to operate but need grease). Original build sheet, protect-o-plate, documentation for mileage, clear Texas title. The car was disassembled nearly 15 years ago for a high end restoration that fizzled out due to life issues like divorce.
The original seats are missing, it has an El Camino bench seat and steering column. The original hood is somewhere in Texas (we think) and we might be able to find it, there's obvious rust damage under the battery and where the vinyl top used to be, don't know if it could be patched up. Many correct parts remain, good glass, most all trim is there, lots of parts for Chevelle or El Camino projects, numerous factory options. Good drivetrain for most any hot rod project, The four-barrel 350 engine and Turbo 350 transmission are ready to go down the road, we have driven it around a lot lately, but it will need better tires for regular road use.
