Offering at no reserve (as always)is a 1959 Chevrolet el camino. Needs complete restoration of all components. This car was taken apart years ago to start a restoration but previous owner abandoned the project. They stripped the paint from the fenders, tail gate and part of the hood then stopped. All moldings were removed prior to work being started. I laid them out and put them back on the car to inventory and potential buyer can see what is missing. If you do not see it,theyare not there. The motor and transmission are missing. I have some 454 s if looking for an engine. Dash looks complete. The ash tray and glove box door are in the parts laying in front of car. Inside windshield garnish moldings appear to be there. The floors at the bottoms in the cabin need to be replaced front and rear. Under the seat looks o.k. Has the typical lower quarter, rocker and front fender rust. Some small rust through at the front corners of the hood. There appears to be no salt damage as behind and under the mouldings including under bed moldings and are not showing typical blisters or hard rust in those areas as would be a sign of being in salt conditions. The frame shows no rust scale just surface patina. The one picture shows the frame at the rear bumper where they typically have rust problems and show to be solid. THIS A MAJOR PROJECT AND SHOULD BE THOUGHT OF AS SO. These are getting hard to find and bring pretty good money when done correctly either restored or retro ride.
