1977 Chevy C10 Cheyenne 4wd Original South Carolina Truck. Run and Drives Great.
Engine runs well. Previous owner had the truck for years and said he had the engine rebuilt (no receipts but runs like it has engine rebuilt). Transmission is an automatic and shifts like it should, no issues.
The tires need to be replaced. They hold air and can be driven on but are well worn and 2 leak down after 4 or 5 days. I was going to buy new tires but I figured new buyer may want to get a mud tire vs all terrain so held off. If the truck doesn't sell I will put some tires on before I relist it.
Paint on hood and roof has some fading with spots of clear coat peeling. Pretty much Rust Free except for the couple spots seen in the pictures. Behind each wheel the paint is bubbling but not rotted through with the exception of a half dollar size hole behind passenger wheel. Additionally the battery tray has rust and has a spot through can be seen on inner fender liner (see pics) Truck bed is solid and has been lined with a bed liner. The under carriage of the truck is dry. Suspension is bouncy from age but can be driven as is. Brakes work well. Haven't gone thru wiring but the fuel gauge bounces around and temp gauge isn't working. Sure it is nothing major. The interior seat is torn where driver sits but has a cover on whole seat. Carpet has been removed and the floor coated with black paint. Floor is very solid. Had A/C but compressor has been removed. Could be hooked back up as the rest of A/C system is still there. Exhaust has some pin holes and seems slightly louder then stock but it not bad.
Any more questions or for additional pics just ask. Have a ton of pictures top to bottom on the truck. Email for a link to a lot more photos Truck for sale locally.
