1987 monte carlo ss loaded w/t tops and only 37k miles with paperwork history

This is my 1987 Monte Carlo SS loaded W/T-tops and only 37k miles.This is a very unmolestedand honest original car with paperwork history. I am the 3rd owner.No rips/cracks/stains andinterior is beautiful. Car is sharp.Everythingworks electrically, dash lights, gages, hood and trunk lights,etc.Transmission shifts properly.Car does have the typical paint checking on hood/roof/ and trunk which was a characteristic of the paint back then. There isno visible rust on body but a few dings are present. Car is naturally sold in "as is" condition given the age and sale is final. I'm torn because I really like the car but we'll see what happens. More pics available to text. Car will also come with extra tire on a stock SS rim. All checks have to clear before title is surrendered but cash is preferred.Thanks for looking.
