The Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe models were only produced in 1986 and 1987 with a total of only 6052 released in 1987. Thats only 8% of the total Monte Carlo production for that year. Chevrolet Monte Carlo Aerocoupe SS in 1987 was the model with 3-door notchback coupe body and V-8 305.2 cid engine size 180 hp 4-speed automatic powertrain offered since October 1986 for North America U.S.. in the fully loaded cockpit with the comfort of a/c and every interior option offered for that year and model. Everyone loves the look of a classic and admires the style of yesteryear. With all the features offered for that era The Monte Carlo SS was drastically different from the standard model, with SS-specific front fascia, dual exhaust, sport suspension, and graphics.
