72 Chevelle!Rust free California car!!
This 72 Chevelle (build date 3-72) is in fantastic condition and is probably the closest you can expect to owning a brand new original steel 60s/70s muscle car with almost entirely USA 1972 steel (only the front fenders and bumpers are not, see below). There is not a single patch panel on this entire car. The entire underside and the wheel wells are clean and beautiful satin/chassis black (and original 1972 USA steel). The floors still have the factory installed undercoating intact. Every effort was made to accurately and respectfully make this car fulfill SS trim level. A proper dated engine was sourced, as were all other parts when successfully located. The driveline is all in pristine condition. At the bottom is more specific information about the cars condition and history.

This is a rust free car, assembled in Los Angeles California and it spent almost all its life on the west coast. I have receipts from the car getting tires installed in Oregon in the late 90s. Every attempt has been made to accurately convert the car to proper SS spec and quality. It has rust free 1972 factory OEM floors, trunk floors, quarters, etc everything all in pristine fantastic condition. Everything has zero rust inside and out (even inside of the doors look brand new). There is not a single rusted/stuck bolt on the entire car. The previous owner started a restoration and changed the front fenders because "they had too many parking lot dings", they were replaced with AMD fenders which are made with dies based off new old stock (NOS) panels, and they are the best quality product out there. The bumpers were also replaced with AMD because their quality is the best (original bumpers just have a little too many pits in the chrome). Other than that, its all 72 original and perfect condition steel inside and out.
This car was built to be a safe investment (no modifications, no personal touches, the way an SS would have left the showroom) and I'm ready to pass that along to someone else. It breaks my heart to sell it because I know it will be worth 10,000 more in 5 years. I watched similar build chevelles with poorly patched floors, truck 454s, and wavy body work go for 32k at auction this past December at the Mack auction in NC, so please bid accordingly. If you have any questions about the car, please do not hesitate to ask. Seriously interested parties should contact me to discuss preferredforms of payment. Reserve the right to take down the car at any time if someone makes an offer I cannot turn down.
