Car description |
---|
California survivor with lots of potential. Has the usual rust in all floor pans, and bottom of both rear quartepanels. I would like to point out, that it is in better condition then alot of these El Caminos. No rust in the doors or bottom of the A pillars, or inside of the rockerpanels, no rust around drip rails or under rear window. Good original rocker panels. Good front fenders and hood. Tailgate in good condition as well as truck bed.
The El Camino is missing some moldings and trim, such as the headlight bezels. These items are available to purchase new however. Missing the rear window and the doorglass.
Solid frame, never been rusty cut or repaired. Came originally with a 6 cylinder engine and 3 speed manual. Sold without engine and transmission.
The car has been sitting in dry climate in California for a long time, and has not seen very much rain. It is truly a great builder for both original, street rod, custom or race.
It is located in northern California. I can arrange with transportation to both Oregon, Nevada and all parts of California as well as to all major shipping companies in California. I do have the El Camino for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
