1966 Chevrolet Impala SS396 Convertible

1966 SS 396 Chevrolet Impala Convertible is a rare barn find. Selling for the second owner out of San Diego California. Was sold new out of Beverly Hills California have the original receipt. Car has been started every other month for years. Have receipt for motor rebuild by a Chevrolet dealer in Encinitas California which is numbers match at 96,000 miles. Within the last 15 years or so have receipts for brakes brake cylinders hoses, hocks front a arm bushings exhaust plus carb rebuild radiator clean out and so on. Car was originally white with black interior which is original and in good shape. The convertible top is good has glass back window that needs a little attention. It is loaded has Electric windows, c, ower steering, ower brakes, issue dispenser, ower top.. It now has a aftermarket stereo but have the original Am/Fm that goes with it. Car has never been wrecked but really needs a new good paint job and new rubber on doors windows and trunk as they are original. Have been all over this car and can find no rust. Cleaned up the trunk floor and repainted it has original spare and jack assembly. Convertible top motor need taken apart and cleaned or just replace it. A/C blows good but needs Freon to blow cold. This a nice driving car motor runs great since rebuild. Have many receipts for work done over the years. This is one rare car that a Hot Rodder has never gotten to. Any questions call 951-232-5915.
