1962 Cadillac Series 62; 6-Window; 4-Door; VIN 62K123218; Odometer Reading 47,157 miles
This vehicle is as rare as the name sounds. This vehicle has been completely restored within the last 9 months.
The Cadillac Series 62 is a series of cars which was produced by Cadillac from 1940 through 1964. The 7th Generation of the Series 62 underwent a facelift in 1962, which sets it clearly apart from the earlier model years including a flatter grill, year specific marker lights and a modified more angled rear end.
This Series 62 was completely repainted in February 2017 including a fresh undercoating. In April 2017 the 4-speed Hydra-Matic transmission (Jetaway) has been professionally rebuilt and shifts like it did back in 1962.
The 6.4L 390 cu in OHV V8 starts right up and received new valve cover gaskets, new oil pan gaskets, spark plugs, spark plug wires and a brand new fuel pump.
All of the chrome on the vehicle is in very good condition, complete and all original 1962.
