350C.I. V8 Engine - Matching Numbers Turbo-Hydramatic 350 Transmission - Alpine Stereo - Power White Convertible Top - Hard Boot for Top - Classic Buick V2 Chrome Plated Wheels - Finished in Midnight Blue - Comfortable Black Interior
The Buick Centurion is a rarely seen, unique, American luxury car that is sure to impress! The Centurion, named after a type of Roman Army officer, lasted only three model years from 1971-1973 as Buick's sporty full-size car. Buick is well known for their sporty and luxurious cars, and this Centurion is a great example of that legacy. Under the hood is a potent 350C.I. V8 engine fed by a 4-barrel carburetor and connected to a strong Turbo-Hydramatic 400 transmission pushing plenty of power and torque to the rear wheels. Other features on this Centurion include power steering, power brakes, power convertible top, an upgrade to a retro Alpine stereo unit, factory air conditioning, and a useful two-piece hard boot for the folded top that is much easier and quicker to install than your typical vinyl boot, and looks much better as well. The interior of this Centurion is in very nice condition with comfortable black vinyl covered bench seats, with a split bench and folding armrest in front, and wood and woodgrain trim to add an extra touch of class. The exterior is finished in deep Midnight Blue accented by a tasteful amount of brightwork and classic Buick V2 chrome plated wheels. In fact, the Royal house of Denmark owns a 1973 Centurion convertible in the same color, used to this day by a Danish prince. The fact that the Centurion is so beloved by royalty is a testament to it's abilities.
