We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’sthe buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on it because they now own the car. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 970-300-1020. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final.
Thank you for looking at our 1976 Buick Electra Limited Classic with 26K actual miles. This car is a survivor. As you can see, the miles are real and the title is clean. This car belonged to a gentleman that bought it new in 1976. When he passed away around 1990, his son took the car over and he had an Electra that looked the same as this Electra. So he saved and drove his Dad's car once or twice a year just to keep it in good standings for 29 years. Now that he's older, he decided to sell the car, and I bought it from him. I took it to a shop and spent about a thousand dollars having the air conditioning fixed, and it presently blows cold. Everything else on the car I believe works correctly.
I took the car to the body shop and had the two plastic ends replaced and the plate behind the license plate. There were a few door nicks on both sides of the car, so rather then touching them up I had both sides of the car repainted. This was done in Cleveland, rated at one of the best body shops in the area. The work is 100% top quality work. Then I took the car in and got it professionally cleaned but the cleanup shop forgot to do the trunk. So we're taking it back again to get the trunk cleaned as well, then I'll put a picture on the Flickr of the trunk.
I would like to mention that the trunk spare tire is a magwheel just like the other four on the car. If you're looking for a really nice, clean, sharp classic car that you can put your family in with cold air conditioning and drive it anywhere, this car would definitely qualify. Please check out all the pictures in the Flickr that are in the end of the ad.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL BIDDERS!
