1940 Buick Special Eight no reserve vintage nice shape

We purchased this1940 Buick Special Eight from charity organization in Florida about 4 months ago. Since it arrived it rolled off the truck and into the spot it sits now. I have had no time to go over it or even try to start it however the transporter said it cranks but would not turn over. We were told it runs when purchased so I imagine its out of gas. Long story short rather than see it out in the weather as it is raining today and snowed once already this year I am going to have to let it go as with all my projects that will be getting listed shortly. This old car deserves to be in a garage not out in the weather. The body and interior are in nice shape it was either in a garage prior to me getting it or a recent restoration we have no history on it so I couldn't tell you. No rust to mention body looks pretty good did notice a moulding missing on left quarter panel and chrome pitting here and there. Car has no brakes I will check fluid this week and try to get gas for it.
