Car description |

This has been my summer car since 2011. 1984 Buick Riviera Convertible in Fire Mist Red.Fully optioned,tilt,air(R134 a conversion, digital dash AM-FM cassette, power leather seat, power windows. The top is in A-One /like new condition and works properly. The cruise control doesn't work everything else does. Leather is starting to show it's age still ok could use seat cover if wanted.
Since I've been owner new tires now with approx 20000 miles, new alternator, AC compressor, tune up, brakes, it has been maintained since my purchase.
This car is one of only 500 produced for the Buick Motor division by the American Sunroof Corporation(ASC) for the 1984 model year.It is also in FireMist Red just a little over 100 produced in that color that year.
The engine has been upgraded to a 350 Olds engine/ these came with a 307/ the Olds V-8) that is now in car has been fully rebuilt and professionally installed. It also has a rebuilt new four barrel carb just last summer.I have put a little over 30,000 miles on it since I have owned it .It runs on regular gas and when we drove to the east coast, 2000 thousand mile trip,a couple years back we cruised at 80-85 miles mph and averaged 25 miles per gallon. It is an eye catcher, I don't drive it like it needs to be driven, so time to sell it. I believe this car will only go up in value due to its rarity.
These sell up to 10-12000 dollars depending on condition. This is a solid survivor with lots of summer cruising left, also there are extra parts that come with it. A fun driver and a good investment. Would like to see it go to someone who will enjoy it like I have.
