1976 Buick Electra 225 Sedan 4-Door 7.5L

The last of the full sized Electras, his '76 Buick Electra 225 needs work, ut is definitely restorable. Sold new in Lake Forest, llinois in late 1976, t has remained in the same family since new (my father-in-law was the original owner). It has been garage kept since 1990 & had spent several years in the San Francisco area before it was brought back to Illinois in 1988. It has not been driven in the winter since 1990. The paint is fair at best & there is surface rust in areas. There is one rust-through area on the top of the driver's side front fender (about six inches long & less than an eighth of an inch wide). One of the fender skirts is missing & the rear quarter fillers are gone. However, new 2-piece filler set is included. Overall it's fairly straight & solid for its age. It has not been driven since 2006, ut does run (new battery included). There is a gas line leak (where the line runs next to the frame by the passenger's side rear door). Also, he power windows do not work (could be a relay issue). The interior is fair. Included is the owner's manual & original sticker. The spare tire is original. The car is not drivable due to the gas line leak & must be picked up locally.
