Car description

This 325e is an all original extremely low mileage car which I had my independent BMW mechanic very recently tastefully modify to provide the precise look of the 325es model (added the OEM look lower front valance and the rear OEM Trunk spoiler - see pics). I also recently spent over $1500 (with the labor - see Invoice from Auto Envy Custom Mods - BMW Repair Specialist) on a Bavarian Auto complete suspension kit (just prior to them closing their doors) to include BAV Auto Springs (very slight, but tasteful approximate .5 inch lowering) along with Front control arms, bushings, tie rod assembly and Bilstein shocks, and rear trailing arm bushings, stabilizer links, shock mounts, diff bushings and the springs and Bilstein shocks. The attached photos include work performed by the well-known Werk Shop in Illinois in March of 2017 (previous owner) to include the Timing Belt, Water pump, etc. (please see Invoice from Werk Shop). An additional Invoice from the Werk Shop includes the Clutch Slave Cylinder (May 2017) at 86,220 miles.
I was able to research some of the history by doing an online search of the VIN after I obtained the car from the selling dealer (Nuccio Auto Sales in Addison, IL - see their site for the type of very high end cars of which they sell). Please see the online ad listed when the car had 85k miles, describing it as being previously owned by that seller's 92 year old mother, who drove it in Arizona for "90% of its life." Apparently the car was registered in Illinois (see Autocheck), but the owner kept the car garaged in AZ (see one notation of the AZ Emission Inspection). As that ad had a phone number listed, I called the number and received a return call from the woman's grandson who indicated that his grandmother purchased the car around 1990, and owned it until around 2017 (again, please see the description in the ad I located).
The car is in exceptional condition. The dash is 100% crack free, and the seats in remarkable condition (see pics; slight driver's seat bolster wear). All electric operable, including windows, sunroof, and antenna. Original radio. A slight buzz from front speakers, but I noticed this disappears when front speakers are minimized. Original spare wheel and jack in trunk, with most (or maybe all) tools - see pic. Starts with no problem and motor pulls as new, and with the new suspension parts, is a real treat to drive. There is a strange very light yellow faded spot on the center of hood (about 8 inches in diameter) which I attempted to show on a picture, but it is barely visible. Tires and original bottle cap wheels in excellent condition. Quite frankly, I don't know where you can find an e30 with these low miles and in this condition - ANYWHERE. I can't say enough about the car, so why an I selling? Well, I have another low mileage 1988 325is that I have owned for 9 years, and a 1988 e30 convertible, and really have no room for the 325e. It is always garaged, however, as I rotate it between indoor storage and my home garage with the convertible. This car will not disappoint. By the way, the rear spoiler and the front es look valance can easily be removed, (my mechanic assured me 3M tape would keep the rear spoiler secure, and he installed with this and a pad underneath to not harm paint). Front valance also easily removed, but I think it adds tremendously to the look, especially since the car came with the sport seats and now looks exactly like the upgraded es model.
NOTE: The AutoCheck lists a "Minor Accident" on the front page, although if you check the date, you note that it then lists the incident as "non-collision." The 325e has NOT been in an accident. I was informed by the dealer (Nuccio) who I purchased the car from that it was towed via insurance funds to a mechanic's shop on July 11, 2017, and hence this notation as a "non-collision" incident. The dealer (Nuccio) challenged AutoCheck on this, but they refused to remove this as an "incident."
Also: I make reference to documents in the above description that I was not able to provide pictures of as I reached the 24 pic limit. I have these documents (maintenance, etc.) readily available for a serious buyer.
