I have a 1987 325e M50 swap project for sale. Everything for the swap is included engine wise except for a clutch, flywheel and adaptor harness. Body is straight and rust free with clear title. I hate to see it go but had a car accident in my daily and need to be practical about having a project vehicle.
List:-M50TU with new oil pan and pickup-Engine harness-All new Condor Speed Shop bushings-Transmission crossmember for swap-New ISC Coilovers-New Z3 steering rack-New front control arms-New front and rear wheel bearings-New Bimmerworld control arm lollipops-New UUC big brake kit-New rear brakes with rebuilt calipers and new wear sensor-Clean black leather interior set without front seats-Not so clean original tan houndstooth cloth interior-All other interior pieces included except dashboard (it's majorly cracked and ruined)-Resealed HVAC unit with no broken flaps and good blower motor-Reinforced front subframe that will need to be recoated with the rear being powder coated as of this posting-US spec ellipsoid headlights-Euro bumper set and plastic bumper swap included without rear plastic bumper shocks plus the original diving boards
Some bad things:-5 bottle cap wheels with 2 that are bent(this shouldn't matter as the brake kit won't fit with these wheels)-Not dashboard-Guage cluster will need a tach for 7k rpm unless you like looking at a tach that goes way outside the redline-The work involved for a swap but that's the fun part
Right now the car is on jackstands as I wait to get my rear subframe back so it'll be on 4 wheels and rolling at the time of sale/pickup. Car obviously needs to be towed. Can throw in some pre swap parts that are old if the buyer is interested or random M20 parts. I know I forgot somethings, send me a message if you have any questions. Thank you.
