1972 BMW 2002, E10 with Sunroof

Project car in very restorable condition, with rare sunroof. It's an E10 2002, model 71, registered in 1972 and built towards the end of 1971. There were a total of 8044 built, only some with sunroof. Original color is listed as Granada. Mileage is shown as 33,832, but I'm sure it has rolled over at least once, SO MILEAGE IS UNKOWN.
When I bought it it was running, but I've had it sitting for 8 years and it doesn't start for me. The right side door was hit and needs repair. I took the panel off to see if there was any other damage, and it looks like just the skin was bent.
Both shock towers look good. There is some rust on the typical places, left rear front fender, and both rear wheel wells on the outside skin (pictures of each) The sunroof has surface rust (picture) and the wheel well has at least one pinhole.
Other than that the passenger seat and the rear seat are clean, the driver's seat needs recovered.
