This BJ8 is a beautiful original with only 59,343 miles. It runs great. I have owned and documented it since 1967. Thecar has never been restored. It has been meticulously maintained in every detail as needed. The car was painted in 1984 and has won its share of awards. Some parts have been replaced to enhance reliability, aintenance and safety like heavy duty brake calipers, eavy duty shocks, Pertronix electronic ignition, U solid state fuel pump, spin-on oil filter, alogen headlights, Texas Kooler fan and it has been converted to run on unleaded 93 octane fuel. All of this makes for a very nice, eliable ride. The original parts also go with the car. It comes with the original windscreen build sheet, he original Owner's Handbook, orkshop manual, ales brochures and optional equipment brochures. It has the original spare tire, ack and hammer with some tools, onneau cover and bag, onneau rail and bag, onvertible top boot and bag. The Blaupunkt radio does not work but is repairable and comes with the original radio brochures. The side windows have the usual Healey light vertical scratches that did not photograph well so I am disclosing them. The car is driven regularly and has normal very light ware showing otherwise it stays covered up on jack stands in the garage. It looks better than most ground up restorations and is far more correct. It still does very well at the local car shows.I have tried to give an accurate description of the car but I would be happy to answer any questions or help facilitate personal or professional inspections. For U.S. buyers a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of the auction's end, he balance to be paid within 7 days of the auction's end. Foreign buyers must pay in full within 7 business days of the auction's end. Buyer is responsible for shipping, owever I would be more than happy to help with recommendations and arrangements. The car is listed locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time should it sell prior to auction's end. Thanks for your interest.
