1973 AMC JAVELIN AMX TRIBUTE

What started as a dream some 15 years ago, can be your dream today. I have had it that long and had loads of fun with it but now it's time to let go of it as I am getting up in age. This AMX tribute started as a Javelin SST with a 304 engine. It now has a strong 360 which only has about 1000 miles on it backed by a rebuilt 904 transmission and a 3.54 posi rear. The drivetrain runs perfectly with NO leaks or noises!! The body of this car is unbelieveable. It is sporting a repaint from 8 years ago and looks as good now as it did then. There are no dents or dings except for one little paint chip on the top of the passenger door. As I said before, there is not one ounce of plastic or body filler in this car!!!! Every bit of chrome is like brand new except for the one eyebrow over the driver side headlight. The interior is flawless. No rips or stains, rugs are new, steering wheel cover comes off to reveal a perfect black steering wheel. Radio works as do all the basics (headlights, parking lights, wipers, turn signals, brake lights) It was a A/C car but all that is long gone except the controls in the dashboard. The wheels are original AMC mag type with RWL Grand Am tires which are in really nice shape.They are not flawless but nice. Gas gauge works and the oil pressure and temperature are aftermarket which work well. Oil pressure stays at 50 psi and temperature at 190.You will not have to put a dime into this car, just drive it and enjoy it!!! If I can answer any other questions, please call Joe @ 609 206 8429.
