Up for auction is my 1969 AMC Javelin. This car gets a lot of attention at the local car shows. It drives and runs good. The 343 V8 has a four barrel carburetor and headers. The car has had a recent restoration, although I don't know by whom or when. The paint looks new and the interior has new carpet. Seat covers look new and headliner is good. All glass is good as well as the bumpers. Tires look new, as well as the wheels. I have recently replaced the fuel gauge and rear shocks. Everything works on it. I don't know if the engine has been rebuilt, but it runs good with no noise. The transmission shifts properly with no noise. The rear end is probably a 4:10, but I haven't verified that. This is a 48 year old car you can drive right away without sinking a lot of money into it. Is it perfect? No, as any 48 year old car is.
