Terms & Conditions/Deposit: a $500 dollar non refundable deposit must be paid by PayPal friends & family(or otherwise arranged) within 24 hours of auction end. These cars will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank.Buyer has 7 days to pay in full either by bank wire transfer, mailing certified or cashier's check, or cash in person. Buyer has 30 days from end of auction to pick up or make arrangements with us to have the vehicle stored unless noted. We do require that bidders outside North America or with zero feedback to contact me prior to bidding. If you are the winning bid a hard copy bill of sale can be provided along with the clear title if you wish. The deposit is non refundable, by backing out of the deal, you willingly forfeit the deposit. If no contact is made within 24 hours, We reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. We reserve the right to end the auction at any time, as the vehicle is listed for sale locally.
